Stemco is the piano technical company of C.J. de Baat jr. The company is located in Monnickendam (15 kilometres north of Amsterdam), but it operates throughout The Netherlands. Piano engineer C.J. de Baat jr. has 38 years of professional experience. C.J. de Baat jr. is also internationally known as an inventor and patentee of the Crystal Soundboard, in short the glass soundboard.
